  1. How can I know that the doctor to perform my medical treatment is duly certified? We have selected very carefully the attending doctors that are part of our team. If you wish you can check their C.V.  in their respective web pages.

  1. Is it not cheaper to make all arrangements such us hotel, transportation and clinic by myself? When you have legal issues you consult the best lawyer, when you feel sick you go to the doctor, when you go on vacation you look for a travel agency. Of course you know these services are going to cost you money. So why look for an expert and not do it yourself? Because you know that in the long run it will cost you more. The same happens when you are considering undertaking a medical treatment abroad. You can look for a hotel by yourself, try to take a cab by yourself, look for a nurse by yourself and so on. When you get home and look back, ask yourself how much of your well-being did it cost you. Maybe you should have paid for the expertise of a Health and Tourism Company.

  1. Is Bogota a dangerous city? Fortunately our country is not involved, for instance, in the Middle East crisis. Even though Bogota is a very big, dynamic cosmopolitan city with approximately 8 million inhabitants, it has, as any big city in the world with these features,  beautiful and safe places and it has dangerous places too, where you should go with precaution or not go at all. We will gladly assist you in this regard so you will have no fear to wonder about the city.

  1. If I come with a companion is she/he going to get bored? Bogota is a city loaded with entertainment options, shopping and business opportunities.  Your companion could also take advantage of the trip and have beauty treatments, teeth whitening or spider veins treatments.

  1. Will the doctor have post-op controls? All our all- inclusive packages include these controls until the doctor decides that the treatment is complete and you can fly home. The doctor and our team will also be in touch with you by mail once you get home.

  1. Why come to Bogota for medical treatment? Bogota is not only a very interesting and complex city but it is very close to your home. A flight from Miami takes 3 hours and most of the time you can get economic air fares. This is particularly important if you are looking for a treatment –as dental implants- for which you should travel at least twice. We enjoy a very stable and mild climate all year long with average temperatures of 14ºC (some 66ºF). This makes it more comfortable when you have to wear a support bandage after your surgery.

  1. What happens at the airport if I can not find the person who is going to pick me up? We will provide you with a phone card code to call him/her from any local phone.

  1. How will I identify the person who is going to pick me up? He will have a board with your name on it and he will identify himself with a password that we shall have previously agreed on.
